Personal Data We Process

When you fill in the appointment or contact forms on our website, we process: your full name, phone number, e-mail address (if provided), the treatment you are interested in, and any information you share in your message.

Regarding site usage, we process: IP address, pages visited, time of visit, referring address, and browser information (user-agent) as part of our first-party visit analytics. This analytics does not use cookies; a random identifier is kept in your browser's local storage to distinguish visitors.

Third-party statistics cookies (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) are loaded only if you give explicit consent via the cookie notice; with "Necessary only", no statistics script runs.

Purposes of Processing

Your form data is processed to respond to your appointment and information requests, to contact you by phone or e-mail, and to manage the request process.

Analytics data is processed to keep the site secure, understand how it is used, and improve service quality.

Legal Bases

Your form data is processed based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK and, under Article 5/2-c, on the necessity of taking steps regarding your request; first-party analytics data is processed based on the Clinic's legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f, and third-party statistics cookies based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1.

How Data Is Collected

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on the website and automatically during your use of the site (server records and the analytics infrastructure).

Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Form data is transmitted and stored via the secure systems of the service providers we use for e-mail and server hosting. If you consent, statistics data is transferred to Google's analytics services. Data may be shared with competent authorities where legally required.

Retention Periods

Appointment and contact requests are kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded; analytics records (including IP addresses) are kept for at most 12 months. At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result arising against you from analysis made exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation in case of damage.

You may submit your requests by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the Clinic's address. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
